Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text 1.5 spacing; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

MANUSCRIPTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Font size should be 12, line spacing, 1.5, and the text in Times New Romans. Paragraphs should begin at the margin.
  • All headings and sub-headings should be numbered in serial order (Arabic numerals).
  • Diagrams, tables and other illustrations should be numbered serially; should be centre alignment.
  • Captions of tables and diagrams should be above the table, while sources should be below the tables and diagrams.
  • Photos and colored diagrams shall all be printed in black and white (this option will be updated with time). So make sure they are clear, visible and convey the characteristics/message you desire before the final submission. These photos or diagrams should be typeset and cropped in such a way they won’t get scattered upon typesetting/processing.
  • The latest APA style sheet is recommended for the journal and should be respected. Footnotes in the form explanatory notes or copyright information are allowed. Endnotes NOT accepted. For common reference guide, Click here.
  •  A reference list should be included and presented in alphabetical order with all authors’ names in bold print (Here only the Surname of the first author should be in bold).
  • The first page of authors' articles should carry the title of article,  names of author(s) or contributors accompanied by institution of affiliation, email address, contact number/WhatsApp, the abstract of the paper and key words.

NB: All these guidelines should be scrupulously respected.

Authors whose papers would be accepted will be required to use our publication template for the final submission of their final papers.
